Most importantly our member driven approach and the specific individual support offered by our voluntary Board, allows us to help you to get the best from your SOCAP membership.   • Customer Strategy – a 60-page journal published six times a year providing up to the minute articles from industry leaders. (worth £68!)
  • SOCAP News – a monthly newsletter distributed by e-mail. This regular communication ensure that all of our members receive up to the minute information and that no opportunities are missed.  
  • The SOCAP Journal- A quartely SOCAP content driven publication.

Our events are open to members and non-members, however SOCAP members gain significant discounts for SOCAP events.

A global network

  • SOCAP International- SOCAP is represented throughout the world. There are over 4000 Global SOCAP members. SOCAP in Europe members have access to the SOCAP USA website members' area which includes the latest articles relating to consumer affairs. SOCAP in Europe’s links with SOCAP USA, AUSTRALIA, CANADA, NEW ZEALAND, SOUTH AFRICA and BRAZIL provide a worldwide forum for the sharing of ideas, expertise, information and resources in consumer affairs.

Not only can you access the International Websites Members Only areas, but invitations to SOCAP events around the world are extended to SOCAP in Europe members at excellent rates.
