Membership

SOCAP in Europe welcomes managers and supervisors employed in any customer facing capacity. This can include Customer Service Managers and Directors, Consumer Affairs Managers, Customer Complaint Managers, Call Centre Managers or any other role having direct responsibility for the care of their organisation’s customers.

SOCAP in Europe members come from all industries and from both the public and private sectors.

Membership is also open to those providing support services to practitioner members in areas such as training, consulting, recruitment and software services.
