The SOCAP International website includesvaluable resources for today's customer care professionals as well asfor those interested in learning more. Information about SOCAP and itsbenefits, past issues of Newsletters and current information aboutSOCAP international conferences and online events. Networking,educational opportunities and chapter events in the USA are also nowavailable to our members in Europe.

The website contains links to SOCAP research studies and otherpublications. Additionally, international job seekers and employers canvisit SOCAP's Career Link to find opportunities, jobs or candidates.Themembers-only area of the website offers lists for SOCAP's specialindustry groups, a searchable Membership Directory (for personalreference only) and an archive of CRM Magazine articles. Additionally,the SOCAP website provides a link to a feedback channel for members andvisitors to provide comments.

All these facilities are included in your current membership fee and available through a special individual assigned login.  If you area Corporate or Foundation member, this means that up to 9 of yourrepresentatives will be able to use this site and information, and evenmore if you are one of our exclusive Foundation Elite members.
