Surveylab Limited is a UK based online survey company specialising in customer and employee satisfaction survey research.

We provide full-service customer satisfaction survey design & consultancy and online employee survey solutions, as well as a custom survey programming service for other types of survey including market research.

Started in 2003, we are a small, dedicated and friendly team able to offer flexibility that bigger agencies or automated service providers cannot. Our ethos is simply to deliver great online surveys.

Surveylab is a member of ESOMAR and we abide by the ICC/ESOMAR International Code of Marketing and Social Research Practice. We are co-founders of the Customer Care Alliance in Europe and are members of the Marketing Research Global Alliance (MRGA).

All our surveys and data are hosted on our own web-servers, maintained and installed at Telstra's LHC Data Centre in Docklands, London.
